Here are a few tips that will help you get that job. You see, it is very important to be prepared and not just wing it at a job interview. Otherwise, someone else will show up after or before you, and by being prepared they will appear more professional and grab that job just under your nose!
- First of all, do some research on the company you have your job interview with, if at all possible find out something about the person doing the interviews maybe he/she is some big shot that gave an interview about the company and the industry they are in. This would give you some idea about the company, its goals their look out on the industry and the competition. Try to find out as much as you can...
- To have your cv (resume) with you (more than one and in crisp condition is ideal) is a no-brainer. However, be ready to discuss some of the information on that resume of yours, especially those that might spark an interest in the interviewers mind, (unusual hobbies, unusual trips etc)
- A good idea would be to drop by the company a day before and check out the dress code in the company. See what most people there where and dress accordingly for your interview... this will surely help you fit in the image they have for their company
I really hope the job interview tip above will help you get that dream job!
